Ms. Mistler concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate transactions and general business law matters.

Ms. Mistler regularly represents public and private entities in real estate transactions involving the acquisition, development, sale, exchange, and leasing of office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties, and residential subdivision development.  Ms. Mistler also handles matters on behalf of both real estate developers and lenders involving the financing of commercial real estate, such as construction loans, permanent financing and bond financing.
