Mr. Cytron is a member of the firm's Real Estate and General Business practice groups.  His practice includes the representation of various public and private entities in the acquisition, disposition and development of office, retail, multi-family, hotel and industrial properties, land acquisition and assemblage, residential subdivision development, zoning and land use planning, tax-deferred exchanges, commercial leasing and other real estate and business matters.  Mr. Cytron also handles various financing matters, including the representation of developers in tax increment financing (TIF) and other forms of public financing, construction and permanent financing, and the representation of commercial borrowers in secured revolving credit and term loan facilities.

Mr. Cytron handles a variety of real estate litigation matters as well, including condemnation actions, mechanic's lien suits, actions to quiet title and landlord/tenant disputes.

Mr. Cytron also maintains a significant general business practice, representing clients in matters such as entity formation and structuring, franchise agreements and area development agreements, licensing matters, supply and distribution contracts and exclusive sales agreements.

Mr. Cytron is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
