Dana S. Sandweiss concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate law, general business law and environmental law. Her practice includes representing national and local solid waste companies, commercial and residential real estate developers, multi-family developers, mortgage companies, companies and individuals regarding property acquisition, leasing, exchange and disposition, as well as assisting corporate clients with various zoning and environmental issues. Ms. Sandweiss also has experience in representing developers of landfills, and in drafting operating agreements for limited liability companies, client service agreements and subscription agreements.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Sandweiss was a lobbyist for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, and served as a research analyst for the Environmental Committee of the Arizona House of Representatives.

Ms. Sandweiss is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. She graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.
