Mr. Massa represents clients in all aspects of corporate compliance and defense, health care law, government and commercial contracting, litigation and governmental regulation.  He has represented clients at all stages of litigation including investigation, mediation and arbitration, trial, and appeal.  He is experienced in the cost-effective resolution of large and complex disputes.  His industry experience includes aerospace and defense, chemicals, construction, education, health care, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, services contracting, and surface transportation.  He advises clients on government regulatory compliance, government and commercial contracting and disputes, federal grants, health care law, and related transactions.  He has represented Fortune 500 companies, large and small government contractors, and health care providers in over a hundred internal investigations, federal investigations and audits.  Mr. Massa has also lectured on issues in corporate compliance and litigation, including corporate compliance programs, internal investigations, Medicare/Medicaid overpayment, and whistle-blower litigation.

Mr. Massa is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois, and before the United States Courts of Appeal for the Eighth, Eleventh, Federal, and Seventh Circuits.
