Our Lawyers

Ms. Gilbert represents management in labor and employment law matters.  Her experience includes defending claims involving discrimination, sexual harassment, wage & hour laws, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Ms. Gilbert also drafts and reviews restrictive covenants to determine enforceability.  She represents employers during union organizing campaigns and collective bargaining negotiations.  She also regularly counsels employers on workplace issues and represents management in federal and state courts, as well as before state and local agencies.

Ms. Gilbert is a contributing author to the American Bar Association's Section of Labor and Employment Law treatise on The Family and Medical Leave Act.  She has also contributed to articles on the Older Worker Benefit Protection Act and whistleblower laws.

Ms. Gilbert previously practiced in New York City at a labor and employment law firm.  Ms. Gilbert is licensed to practice in New York, Texas and Missouri.
