Our Lawyers

Mr. Long is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department.  He concentrates his practice on construction law, business litigation, creditors' rights and appellate practice.  He has handled a wide variety of cases involving contract disputes, mechanics' lien enforcement, collection issues, insurance coverage disputes and general business litigation.  Mr. Long also has experience in bankruptcy and corporate law.  He has assisted clients in various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions involving local and national corporations.

Mr. Long has been invited to speak at various construction law seminars and was a co-author for a Continuing Legal Education manual on revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Mr. Long is licensed to practice in Missouri and Arkansas.
