Mr. Hunt concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, products liability/toxic tort, medical malpractice, contract disputes and general civil litigation. Mr. Hunt has been practicing for the last eighteen years. Mr. Hunt's practice includes a wide range of civil trial matters in courts of law and at equity. Mr. Hunt is admitted to practice in the courts of Missouri and Illinois as well as the federal district courts in several states. Mr. Hunt has represented major companies in contract, licensing and fraud litigation in federal and state courts. His practice includes defending shareholder derivative suits, stockholder appraisal suits and breach of fiduciary suits. In addition, he has handled a number of class action suits involving matters such as pension claims, mass torts/toxic exposure and product recall/retrofit claims. Mr. Hunt has represented a variety of products manufacturers. The array of products involved in his representation include tires, chain saws, aluminum ladders, and various medical devices. Mr. Hunt has represented a variety of physicians, hospitals, nursing homes and medical corporations in medical malpractice and wrongful death trials throughout Missouri. Mr. Hunt has defended claims in federal and state courts throughout Missouri including Kansas City, Springfield, St. Louis City, and St. Louis County.
