Mr. Traeger is a member in the Real Estate Law Department who concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental, administrative, and corporate law with extensive experience in dealing with federal, state, and local environmental regulatory authorities.  Mr. Traeger has considerable experience in the corporate sector for Ralston Purina Co. and Continental Baking Co.  His experience in the environmental field includes issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, Superfund litigation (CERCLA), the Clean Air Act, environmental site assessments, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (hazardous waste and underground storage tank issues), the Missouri Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund, the Missouri Drycleaners Environmental Response and the Clean Water Act (including stormwater and wetlands issues). Mr. Traeger has developed records Management Programs for publicly traded and privately held businesses. Mr. Traeger is General Counsel for the firm and handles loss prevention programs and Claims Management.
