Chair of the firm's Business Services Department, Mr. Walsh has represented lenders and borrowers in transactions involving acquisition financing, lines of credit, term loans, letters of credit, real estate loans, ESOP financings and other commercial financing arrangements, specializing in asset-based financings. Mr. Walsh also has participated in numerous purchases and sales of businesses by way of asset purchase, stock purchase and merger, including the financing aspects of these transactions. Mr. Walsh has counseled numerous individuals and companies concerning corporate structure, intra-shareholder relations and other matters relating ongoing operations, including contracts for the purchase or sale of products or services. He is also Chair of the firm's Legal Opinions Committee.
