Our Lawyers

Ms. Klawiter is an associate in the firm's Business Services Department concentrating her practice in the area of corporate law.  She has worked on a range of transactions including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.  As a member of the franchising practice group, she has experience in preparing franchising documents and registering franchisors with the required state agencies.  Ms. Klawiter has also assisted clients with public and private offerings of stock as well as compliance with SEC regulations.
