Mr. Weisman has specialized experience in the defense and prosecution of labor and employment cases including violations of the National Labor Relations and Taft-Harley Acts and the prosecution and defense of covenants not to compete. Mr. Weisman represents management in a variety of different areas including, but not limited to, construction and construction-related industries. Mr. Weisman has represented management in labor and employment matters throughout the United States, drafting numerous collective bargaining agreements, handbooks and employment policies. Mr. Weisman has handled the prosecution of a national action against the trustees of a national pension fund, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements for various employers in the Midwest, and the defense of various actions claiming violations of the Equal Employment laws and violations of the National Labor Relations Act. He engages in preventive counseling to employers to avoid litigation with employees.

Mr. Weisman is admitted to practice before a number of federal district courts and federal appellate courts.
