Ms. Seper is an associate concentrating her practice in the areas of real estate transactions and general business law.

Ms. Seper's practice includes the representation of public and private entities in various real estate matters, including the acquisition, financing, exchange, disposition and development of office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties.  Ms. Seper also handles commercial leasing, tax-deferred exchanges and residential subdivision development matters.
