Mike Morgan practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and international business transactions.  He is also General Counsel for two groups of client companies.

His domestic practice includes acquisitions and divestitures of businesses and lines of business for public and private companies.  He also participates in and supervises commercial contract negotiations, drafting, and pre-litigation resolution of commercial disputes.

Mike's international practice includes joint venture arrangements, counseling on organizing foreign operations, and international contracting and trade.

He is also General Counsel for two client groups, which involves direct participation in corporate governance, significant transactions and strategic planning, and supervision and selection of outside counsel in litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, and other business law matters.

Mike currently resides and practices, and has practiced for the majority of his career, in St. Louis.  In addition, he has practiced in Washington, D.C., London, and Hong Kong.
