Mr. Cantwell is a member of the referenced practice areas and provides legal counsel in a broad variety of business transactions to advance client objectives.  His practice is focused in the areas of financing, mergers and acquisitions, gaming, franchising, general business contracting, and federal, state and local licensing.

Mr. Cantwell has represented clients ranging from "start-up" entities to publicly traded companies in various matters, including acquisitions, mergers, public and private debt offerings, business restructuring and franchising, and before various regulatory agencies in conjunction with gaming licensing, franchise registration and other business licensing matters.  He assists various financing institutions and borrowers with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of term and revolving credit facilities, working capital loans, acquisition loans and other financing arrangements.  He assists underwriters and issuers with municipal and private bond issuance transactions.

Mr. Cantwell handles a variety of general entity governance and operational stability matters as well, advising boards of directors and management with respect to structure and internal and third party agreements with a focus on adding value.  He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
