Mr. Epstein concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, general business, and environment law, and also has an extensive experience representing commercial and residential real estate developers, multi-family developers, lenders and individuals regarding property acquisition, exchange and disposition, rezoning, development, redevelopment, financing, construction and leasing of property and represents property management companies.  He also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, residential and commercial sale contracts, easements, condominium declarations and original sale certificates, subdivision indentures, handling residential real estate development issues, handling Tax Incremental Financing (TIF), Transportation Development Districts (TDDs), Community Improvement Districts (CIDs), sales tax rebates, HUD insured mortgage financing, bond financing, forming limited liability companies, drafting organizational agreements and creating real estate development corporations.  Mr. Epstein has extensive experience in representing solid waste companies and has handled acquisition, disposition and development of landfills and transfer station facilities for national and local solid waste companies.  Mr. Epstein is Chairman of the Real Estate/Construction Law Department, and serves on the Firm's Management Committee.

Mr. Epstein is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
