Ms. Alper-Pressman's practice is concentrated in bankruptcy, reorganization and debtor/creditor relations. She regularly represents debtors, secured creditors and official creditors' committees in reorganization proceedings, as well as workout situations. She also represents clients in liquidation cases and adversary proceedings.

Ms. Alper-Pressman represents secured lenders and leasing companies in foreclosure proceedings, receiverships, replevin actions and the documentation of secured transactions. She represents borrowers in informal loan workouts and voluntary liquidations. Ms. Alper-Pressman frequently lectures to trade and industry groups with respect to debtor/creditor and bankruptcy issues.
