Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources, Ms. Lucz is responsible for recruiting and supervising the firm's support staff, personnel policy development and implementation, employee relations, government compliance, benefits, and training.  In addition, she is responsible for the firm's recruitment of paralegals.

Ms. Lucz has over twenty-five years of Human Resources management experience. Although her background is primarily as a Human Resources generalist, Ms. Lucz also specialized in employment/recruiting for four years. Ms. Lucz has managed the Human Resources function in both union and non-union environments in the distribution, retail and hotel industries.
