Mr. Breckenridge presently chairs the Insurance Practice Group, and is past chair of the Litigation Department.  Mr.  Breckenridge has extensive experience in various types of commercial litigation cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His experience includes prosecution and defense of all types of general business litigation including contract disputes, trademark/copyright/trade secret disputes, product liability, property damage claims, pharmacy benefit management disputes, and prosecution of claims against governmental agencies. Mr. Breckenridge also has experience in a broad range of insurance litigation matters, including coverage, environmental, mass tort, general liability, employment, health, life/annuity, disability, malpractice, errors and omissions, directors and officers and title. Mr. Breckenridge has arbitrated and mediated a number of cases, and is trained as a Rule 17 arbitrator. Mr. Breckenridge presently acts as the national trial counsel for several nationwide manufacturing companies.

Mr. Breckenridge has appeared before Missouri, California, and Illinois trial and appellate courts, the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, and the Fifth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
