Don Kelly, a registered patent attorney with over 20 years of litigation experience, has represented numerous clients in complex patent and trademark litigation. He has represented dip molding companies; packaging companies; pharmaceutical vial, telecommunications, software manufacturers and food container manufacturers in patent litigation in various jurisdictions across the country.
Veteran IP litigator Jeffrey Kass handled several related cases for Alion Science & Technology Corp, a global company in the business of, among other things, selling flight-planning software to the military and other entities.
