  • We work with a wide variety and number of properties, including vacant land, farm land, single and multi-family residential projects, multi-family developments, condominiums, subdivisions, manufacturing and distribution facilities, office buildings, retail stores and shopping centers, hotels, airports and landfills.
  • We represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, investors, developers and parties exchanging real estate.
  • For purchase, sale and exchange of property, we assist with negotiations, and prepare and review all necessary documents – including title evaluation, surveys, financing documents and environmental assessments.
  • We represent clients in acquiring property by condemnation, and property owners facing the threat of condemnation.
  • We handle zoning, permitting and variance requests, easement and other land use and development issues with skill and acumen.
  • We prepare, review and negotiate numerous types of property leases.
  • We assist in evaluating properties from an environmental standpoint, including the review and facilitation of Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments; and assessment of the existence of USTs, asbestos, mold and other potentially hazardous conditions on properties as well as appropriate allocation of risk and corrective action.
